Research on the Teaching Reform of Real Estate Survey Course under the Background of Multi Survey Integration

Abstract

Abstract: Since 2019, China's engineering construction projects will implement the "integration of multiple measurements", unify the completion acceptance drawings and acceptance standards, and issue unified acceptance opinions, which requires real estate surveyors to provide technical support for the whole process of engineering construction projects. In order to adapt to the new situation of "integration of multi survey", the important contents of real estate curriculum reform are discussed, including the construction of new teaching materials, the introduction of new surveying and mapping technology, new methods and new means, the construction of off campus practice training base, and the organization mode of real estate survey practical ability competition.
