Abstract: The course of special processing technology is a specialized course for the specialty of numerical control technology and mechanical manufacturing and automation. According to the characteristics of subject, specialty course and knowledge structure, the teaching reform of curriculum ideological and political education deeply excavates ideological and political elements, organically integrates professional knowledge and skills with ideological and political education, and forms all-round education. Through the ideological and political education and teaching reform of the course special processing technology, perfect the teaching objectives, improve and perfect the teaching methods, and enhance the education and teaching effect, students' industry confidence is significantly stronger, national pride and sense of responsibility are significantly improved, and their political awareness and patriotic feelings are further enhanced.
