Abstract: This paper uses methods such as network survey, descriptive statistical analysis and text analysis to investigate the basic situation of e-commerce course resources on mainstream MOOC platforms, including aspects such as the department of course, teaching teams, and course content. Then, the regression analysis method is used to study the key factors that affect the number of students. On this basis, the problems in the construction and teaching of MOOCs, and the corresponding strategies were attempted. This research has important theoretical significance for the development of education and teaching theories in colleges and universities; at the same time, it has important practical significance for the construction of MOOC resources, the adjustment of college teaching arrangements, and the improvement of teachers' teaching methods.
