Research on Psychological Interference Factors of Female College Students'Entrepreneurship based on Psychological Capital

Abstract: In recent years, China has encouraged college students to innovate and start their own businesses and improved the policy to promote development by stimulating employment, and to expand employment by encouraging business startups. However, female college students still have difficulty in starting a business. Based on the elements of Psychological Capital, this article conducts a multi-dimensional survey of female college students' psychological quality in starting an undertaking through questionnaires and interviews. According to the survey results and interference analysis, this article also puts forward suggestions for improving entrepreneurial level of female college students by appreciating psychological capital, which is expected to provide an effective reference for promoting active business startups of contemporary female college students.
