The Exploration of English Interdisciplinary Talents' Training based on the Integration of Chinese Traditional Culture and College English

Abstract: The study aims at exploring ways of cultivating interdisciplinary talents with English language skills, Chinese traditional culture and ideological and moral quality. By document analysis, teaching practice and investigation, we conclude that Chinese traditional culture integrates into college English teaching plays a significant role in educating college students. When teaching English language and western cultures, in order to improve college students' ideological and moral quality and cultivate interdisciplinary talents who meet the need of society, college English teachers should amend the plan of interdisciplinary talents training, integrate into Chinese traditional culture spontaneously, reform teaching ways and methods, innovate the curriculum system of interdisciplinary talents training, and enhance their own knowledge and teaching ability of Chinese traditional culture.
