Abstract: In higher vocational education, quality education is the most important content. In recent two years, Hunan College for Preschool Education has focused on targeted poverty alleviation, and three rural areas have become the top priority. In order to respond to the call for targeted poverty alleviation, the college has effectively combined the characteristics of different disciplines, specially established the poverty alleviation practice group of "education targeted poverty alleviation", and strictly practiced the socialist core values by using the three rural activities in summer vacation. Research on poverty alleviation and supporting education in the countryside are helpful to guide students correctly, help them use the knowledge they have learned in school to give back to the society, and let talents play a practical role through various social practices. It can also give full play to the spirit of team cooperation, so that students can better understand themselves, understand the gap between real self and ideal self, fully tap their own potential, at the same time, cultivate students' sense of social responsibility, and comprehensively help students grow up physically and mentally.
