Abstract: At present, the "after 00" students has become the main force on the university campus. Facing these "after 00" students who are more independent, pursue efficiency, and like online communication, counselors should quickly adjust their work direction to improve the effectiveness of educating people. This paper first introduces the current status of employment guidance that counselor how to work in the universities, analyzes the concept and advantages of focus solution, and explores a set of practical focus solution online employment based on the author's relevant experience in applying focus solution technology to employment guidance. The new guidance model serves as a "blueprint" for universities to promote the level of employment guidance, providing suggestions and reference.
