Abstract: Under the background of curriculum ideology and politics, it promotes the improvement of teaching quality in colleges and universities in the new era. It is necessary to combine the teaching resources, teaching ideas, teaching mode, teaching staff construction and other aspects of the system to explore the ideas and implementation path of innovative development. It analyzes the specific background of educational and teaching activities in colleges and universities. And, it focuses on the main challenges it faces, which can help to achieve overall planning, scientific layout, classified guidance and accurate policy implementation. According to speed up the high-quality development of higher education and teaching activities, it aims to improve the quality of personnel training, and then serve the innovative development of economy and society.
