Analysis of Influencing Factors of University Teachers' Application Level of Big Data——Take Independent College Teachers as an Example

Abstract: Independent colleges are facing the development opportunities brought by big data technology, but the research on the influencing factors of teachers' big data application level needs to be further in-depth. Based on a questionnaire survey, this study uses factor analysis to analyze the correlation between independent college teachers' cognition, ability, initiative, career evaluation, and perception of external support in the application of big data, and refine the impact of independent college teachers' big data application. There are two main factors, the first factor is the internal factor, and the second factor is the external response factor. On this basis, the countermeasures to promote the teachers of independent colleges to improve the level of big data education are proposed.
