Satisfaction Survey and Influencing Factors Analysis of College Students' Participation in Community and Part-Time Activities——Taking Tarim University as an Example

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements of the era of "innovation and entrepreneurship" and the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education system, Tarim University attaches more and more importance to the innovation of community activities and the improvement of management system. College students' participation in community activities and part-time work is very common. However, there are few researches on the field of college students' participation in community activities and part-time satisfaction and influencing factors. Aiming at this situation, through the investigation, the team comprehensively understands the status quo of college students participating in community activities and part-time work under the background of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship, analyzes the satisfaction degree of college students' participation in community activities and part-time on learning and employment, and analyzes the main influencing factors. It provides reference and suggestions for the university to carry out the innovation and entrepreneurship activities of college students better.
