Abstract: As China's economic and social development has gradually entered a new normal, the government has begun to vigorously promote the construction of an innovation-oriented country and actively encourages college students to innovate and start businesses. College students will be challenged and pressured from many aspects in the process of entrepreneurship, and some students have psychological problems. How to alleviate the psychological barriers of college students and improve their entrepreneurial psychological capital has gradually become the focus of current research. Based on the perspective of the new form, this paper studies the entrepreneurial psychological capital of college students, analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the new normal, discusses the impact of the new normal on the entrepreneurial psychological capital of college students, considers from the four latitudes of the entrepreneurial psychological capital, and seeks effective strategies for improving the entrepreneurial psychological capital of college students.
