Abstract: People's health has always been a topic of great concern to the government. But at present, urbanization and aging population have brought us new challenges to maintain and promote health. The overall supply of health services is insufficient and the demand is growing, and the contradiction is prominent. The pension and health industry is in urgent need of young talents with the sense of innovation and entrepreneurship. The development of China in the 21st century needs talents with the combination of innovation and practice. The students trained by colleges and universities not only have the basic knowledge and skills, but also have the ability of innovation. The project of "Incubation Platform for elderly related service entrepreneurship projects" is through school enterprise cooperation, we will jointly build a platform for the cultivation of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability, promote the improvement of teachers' ability, and actively carry out multi-party construction, so as to provide more talents with innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness for the elderly related services and even the health industry.
