A Study on the Design of Youth Community Inclusion in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

Abstract: With the advancement of the development strategy of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Guangzhou and Shenzhen have attracted a large influx of young talents. Driven by policy support and market demand, youth apartment communities with convenient location facilities and affordable prices have developed rapidly. Taking Guangzhou Changgang Youth Community Project as an example, the design strategy of youth community inclusiveness is explored and summarized. Research on the design concepts and methods of sharing and inclusive new and old spaces to promote urban incremental development and social integration during the stock transformation stage has theoretical and practical guiding value.
