On the Application of Experiential Teaching Method in the Practice Teaching of Psychotherapy——Take the Box Court Therapy as an Example

Abstract: "Psychotherapy" is one of the main courses of applied psychology. It has the characteristics of strong application and outstanding practicality. In the traditional teaching, there are some problems, such as paying attention to theory teaching while neglecting practice interaction, practice link is not concentrated, and the assessment method is one-sided. This paper takes box-ting therapy as an example, establishes four progressive experience practice links, "teacher demonstration-student experience-exchange and discussion-after-class practice", and adds process assessment in each link, to explore the application of experiential teaching in the practice teaching of psychotherapy. The classroom effect is good and the teaching effect is remarkable. It provides reference for the integration and perfection of psychology practice teaching system.
