Cultivate of Academic First-Class Undergraduate Talents Via the Progress Writing Method

Abstract: In view of the characteristics of undergraduate training in materials, chemistry, life and the corresponding majors, as well as the common contradictions and problems, we explored the effective methods to improve the level of undergraduate talent training through the progress writing training mode of "reviewing of academic frontier, arranging the academic development chain, pressing with technological innovation", and cultivates the academic first-class undergraduate talents with strong combination of theory and practice, outstanding knowledge and ability characteristics, and clear professional development goals, has produced outstanding training effect and typical demonstration effect.
