Exploration on Teaching and Management Mode of Science and Technology Innovation Competition for College Students Majoring in Transportation

Abstract

Abstract: In the process of applied talents cultivating, practical teaching is an important means to improve students' innovative ability and practical ability. Through the development of various scientific and technological innovation and discipline competition to promote the practice of teaching, to improve the quality of talent training, plays a very positive role. There are still some shortcomings in various scientific and technological innovation competitions in transportation specialties, which have a certain impact on the effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education. Taking Shandong Jiaotong University as an example, this paper puts forward teaching reform measures aiming at various problems existing in the teaching and management process of current science and technology competition, in order to provide useful reference for carrying out innovative practical teaching widely in transportation colleges and universities.
