Analysis on the Path of Employment Guidance Service for College Students in the New Era from the Perspective of

Abstract

Abstract: Employment is the most important people's livelihood. College students' employment guidance is an important component in the process of ideological and political work. It is also a powerful carrier for colleges and universities to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people by virtue under the concept of "three-complete-education". From the perspective of " three-complete-education ", this paper summarizes the problems in the process of carrying out employment guidance service in colleges and universities at the present stage, such as the lack of completeness, coherence and pluralism, and explores a new way to improve the working methods, so as to improve the quality and efficiency of employment guidance service.
