Abstract: The achievement degree of course objectives and the evaluation of course achievement degree in teacher certification are the important links to improve the quality of courses and the basis for the rationality of curriculum system setting and the evaluation of the quality of talent cultivation and the achievement of graduation requirements. In the paper, the biological science major as an example, by showing the course goal achievement degree and course achievement degree evaluation process, the evaluation method was studied and applied in practice. In order to better improve the evaluation method, and timely find the problems and deficiencies in course teaching, and put forward improvement measures to continuously improve the quality of course teaching.
