Abstract: With the development of big data and other technologies, e-commerce gradually ushered in vigorous development. Relying on local characteristic resources and development orientation, many cities have set up e-commerce development platform, which provides a broader development space and unlimited possibility for the emergence of young innovative and entrepreneurial talents. Focusing on the issue of "how young people can play an innovative role in the development of e-commerce industry in Huai'an ", the research group conducted research on the development of e-commerce in advanced and emerging e-commerce areas within and outside the province, focusing on the synergy of market, government and youth league organizations in the process of youth e-commerce entrepreneurship, and put forward suggestions and opinions on promoting the development of e-commerce in Huai' an from the five aspects of" policy support, service follow-up, project construction, platform building and system guarantee ", in order to further promote the Huai'an youth entrepreneurship project and optimize the system arrangement, and systematically construct the work system to serve youth entrepreneurship, so that young people have passion, opportunities, conditions for successful entrepreneurial employment.
