Research on the Improvement of Professional Literacy of Online and Offline Integrated Teaching of Vocational College Teachers

Abstract: Under the affection of COVID - 19 outbreaks in early 2020, the Ministry of Education issued guidelines that require universities and colleges to make full use of teaching resources of high-quality online courses and carry out online teaching and activities actively to ensure the teaching quality and teaching schedule. Under the network background, the online and offline hybrid learning mode maximizes the individualization of learners' learning and improves students' initiative and creativity. However, during the process of implementing online and offline teaching, teachers and students' satisfaction needs to be improved. Therefore, studying the improvement of vocational college teachers' quality in the online and offline integrated teaching under the network environment is not only the needs of situation, but also the specific starting points.
