Construction of Research-Oriented Teaching Model of Administration Specialty based on Cultivation of Innovation Quality

Abstract: Higher education shoulders the historical responsibility of cultivating innovative talents for the country, but there are still some problems in the cultivation of innovative talents for the major of administration, such as the lack of innovative cultivation idea, the unreasonable design of classroom teaching, and the low initiative of students to participate, etc. On the basis of sublating the traditional teaching methods, in order to achieve the goal of classroom teaching, we should take students as the center, create an atmosphere, improve the enthusiasm of teachers to implement research-oriented teaching, and reform the way of teaching evaluation and assessment, which emphasizes the results and ignores the process, it is necessary to realize the unity of classroom teaching, experimental teaching and practical teaching through the application of research-oriented teaching model.
