Research on the Operation Mode of Innovative Incubator and the Construction of University Entrepreneurship Service System

Abstract

Abstract: Innovative incubators in colleges and universities provide entrepreneurial resources and comprehensive services for college students. However, in the process of rapid development of college students' entrepreneurial projects, there are a series of problems, such as poor profitability, unclear business model and low incubation rate. Colleges and universities should establish a perfect service system for college students' entrepreneurship, provide a good external environment for students' entrepreneurship, and effectively solve the problem of entrepreneurship. This paper mainly explores the operation mode of innovative incubator and the construction of university entrepreneurship service system, so as to improve the actual operation quality and efficiency of university students' entrepreneurship incubator and cultivate more excellent talents.
