Abstract: Affected by the epidemic situation, colleges and universities across the country generally use online teaching method to complete the teaching task in 2020 academic year, and ideological and political course in colleges and universities is no exception. The quality evaluation of online teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities needs an effective quality monitoring system. Based on the literature review of online teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities and combined with the practice of online teaching of ideological and political courses in our university, the quality monitoring system framework of online teaching of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities is preliminarily determined. After three rounds of expert consultation and deliberation, analytic hierarchy process and practical application, the online teaching quality monitoring system of ideological and political course in colleges and universities is finally determined, which includes six modules: guiding ideology, organizational structure, teaching quality evaluation standard, monitoring objectives, monitoring implementation and communication feedback.
