Research and Practice of the Multi-Dimensional Integration of "Education, Science, Industry and Innovation Competition" Mechanical Compound Talent Training Model

Abstract: Based on the fact that many courses in our college emphasize theoretical learning, and despise practical links, and there is a lack of close integration of theoretical teaching, scientific research projects, industrial projects, innovation ability training, and subject competitions, the multi-dimensional integration of "educational science and industry innovation competition" is proposed. The mechanical compound talent training model, and through the integration of teacher scientific research projects and classroom theory teaching, the integration of scientific research projects and industrial projects, the curriculum system that combines theory, innovation and practice, undergraduate tutorial system, establishment of student academic associations, modern information technology teaching, project-driven incentive models and other means promote the multi-dimensional integration of the "educational science, industry and innovation competition"; a diversified assessment and evaluation system has been established for the multi-dimensional integration of the "education, science, industry and innovation competition" for the training model of mechanical compound talents. Diversified assessments mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning through multiple channels, and promote the improvement of comprehensive ability. After more than 5 years of training mode research, exploration and practice, our school has proved that the "education, science, industry and innovation competition" multi-dimensional integration of mechanical compound talents the effective role of the training model.
