Research on the Current Situation of the Construction of University Experimental Technical Team under the Background of “Double First-Class” Construction——Based on the Survey Data of Experimental Technicians in a University

Abstract

Abstract: As the assistant of experimental teaching and the staff of laboratory management, laboratory technicians are an important part of the teaching staff in colleges and universities. The quality of the construction of the experimental technical team is directly related to the cultivation of students' practical ability, the development of the laboratory and the quality of the construction of first-class disciplines in colleges and universities. Taking experimental technicians in a university as an example, this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of experimental technicians in colleges and universities, so as to provide direction and reference for promoting the overall quality of experimental technicians in colleges and universities.
