A Study on the "Six Operating Mechanisms" of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges and Universities

Abstract: Under the background of innovation and entrepreneurship education, colleges and universities should integrate the cultivation of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship spirit and skills into the training objectives. The “six operating mechanisms”, including “two-way incentives” in department management, “substantial coverage” in curriculum settings, “three cuts” and “double guidance” in the direction of entrepreneurship, “three more investigations” in environmental cognition, the “dual cause-breakthrough” in ability improvement, and “inflexibile acceptance” in curriculum assessment, should be implented so as to cultivate qualified application-entrepreneurial talents, provide a large reserve talents for the long-term development of the local economy, and inject strong vitality into the education management of colleges and universities.
