Psychological Capital Support for Entrepreneurial Entrepreneurs of College Students of Traditional Art Majors

Abstract: Traditional art college students have different degrees of performance in the four dimensions of psychological capital: self-efficacy, hope, resilience and optimism. Male students' self-efficacy, hope and resilience are significantly higher than female students’. In terms of grades, the psychological capital of art major students in sophomore and junior years is higher than that of non-art major students. The psychological capital of art major students is higher than that of non-art major students in all dimensions. Understanding the psychological capital of art major students' entrepreneurship is helpful to guide the career development of traditional art major students and realize the perfect combination of major and employment.
