Abstract: In the new era, the integration of production and education is the key proposition for the connotative development of vocational colleges, and the cultural integration, interaction and reciprocity between schools and enterprises is the key to promoting the in-depth development of school-enterprise cooperation. Railway vocational colleges are quite representative of a kind of colleges, and their deep integration of school-enterprise culture is worthy of reference. Taking Guangzhou Railway Polytechnic as an example, through the integration of corporate cultural symbols, the integration of ideas and the integration of connotation, it provides the necessary direction, fertile ground and joint force for the refining and formation of the campus culture of higher vocational colleges, promotion and optimization and brand building.
