Abstract: In the context of innovation and entrepreneurship ecology, the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in colleges and universities gradually becomes a necessary way to cultivate innovation and entrepreneurship talents. However, the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in domestic universities still has problems such as incomplete curriculum system, inadequate faculty strength, unsound organization and imperfect practice incentive mechanism. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to use data induction, case analysis, logical reasoning and feasibility estimation to conduct an in-depth analysis of the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem in domestic universities, and to propose the concept of construction and maintenance of the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem with objective practical significance and forward-looking value. This is of great significance to the perfect construction of the characteristic chain of the university innovation and entrepreneurship system and the creation of the university innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem synergy, and is expected to play an important role in guiding the planning of the system construction, chain improvement and resource expansion.
