Abstract: The Rural Revitalization Strategy is one of the important development strategies proposed by the state, which provides sufficient funds and development space for college students to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship activities in rural areas, and can promote college students to harvest success as soon as possible. The arrival of college students can help rural areas get rid of the plight of lack of talents, effectively promote the optimization and upgrading of rural industrial structure, promote the development of agriculture towards industrialization and modernization, and bring new vitality to the economic development of rural areas. With the continuous promotion of Rural Revitalization Strategy, higher requirements are put forward for innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges. In order to better play the role of innovation and entrepreneurship education in boosting rural revitalization, it is necessary to explore the effective strategies of innovation and entrepreneurship in Higher Vocational Colleges to boost rural revitalization, which can not only promote the combination of the two, but also promote the realization of the goal of Village Revitalization.
