Abstract: The "Career and Development Planning" course advocated the two core tasks of "self-identification" and "socialization". This course constructed an online curriculum system of “Teaching & Learning Cooperative Community” by practicing the “Self-exploration” in essential way, and exploring the online teaching environment and platform changes under the course principles. The “Teaching & Learning Cooperative Community” was working as follows. Firstly, the teaching task was decomposed, and students were matched with groups. Then, the course was divided into “student self-discipline learning and practical training display” and other two segments. Moreover, five first-level evaluation indicators such as “model understanding and practical skills” and 15 second-level evaluation indicators were set up to evaluate and promote students' learning effectiveness. Guided by these principles, the constructed online curriculum system could promote the “co-construction, co-learning and co-progress” of teachers and students, enhance the retention rate of students’ learning, and improve instructors’ teaching efficiency. On the other hand, the course itself could complete the professional upgrading for the new environment and the new demands. This study was also able to provide reference value for the future application of online teaching in higher education and teaching activities.
