Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine has a good development prospect and potential in today's era. To carry out traditional Chinese medicine innovation and entrepreneurship is an important way to promote traditional Chinese medicine to adapt to modern society and further improve it. At present, although some progress has been made in innovation and entrepreneurship education and practice in TCM colleges and universities, it is still in the stage of exploration and progress. The article points out that Chinese medicine colleges and universities can adopt the talent training system of "certain position, two education, three training, four support, five guarantee", and closely combine with the background of The Times, such as "mass entrepreneurship policy", "Internet plus", "the Belt and Road Initiative", "Chinese medicine law" and so on. Traditional Chinese medicine colleges and universities have great potential in cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents, and they need to seize opportunities and meet challenges.
