Abstract: Craftsman spirit can be said to be a kind of professional spirit, which reflects the professional ethics, ability and quality of practitioners. It mainly includes four spiritual connotations: dedication, lean, focus and innovation. Craftsman spirit plays a very important role in the construction and development of the society. It can not only promote the development of the manufacturing industry, but also provide sufficient brand capital for enterprise competition and moral guidance for the promotion and growth of employees. For college students, to face the competitive social environment, they should shape excellent craftsman spirit. Especially in the ideological and political education, we can give full play to the role of the craftsman spirit, this paper has carried on the relevant elaboration and analysis.
