Research on the Current Situation and Strategy of Education Master's Degree Training——Taking the Field of Education Management in a University in Jiangxi Province as an Example

Abstract: In order to know the current situation of the cultivation of postgraduates majoring in education management, this study takes the postgraduates majoring in education management of a university in Jiangxi Province as the research object, and obtains data through questionnaires. It is found that the postgraduates majoring in education management have low professional identity, relatively limited professional practice opportunities, less experience in participating in professional competitions, and poor interdisciplinary integration training system. Therefore, the study proposes to strengthen the targeted training based on the positioning of professional degree master; pay attention to the development of students and professional needs, strengthen the docking with the industry; establish the concept of interdisciplinary training, enrich the process of interdisciplinary training; improve the training quality evaluation system, guide students to strengthen professional application.
