Abstract: With the continuous development of higher education, colleges and universities in our country will send a large number of graduates to the society every year, which also leads to a more difficult problem, that is, the pressure of social employment is increasing, and it has become an urgent social problem. Therefore, in the process of carrying out teaching activities, colleges and universities have strengthened employment and entrepreneurship education, but most of our colleges and universities' employment and entrepreneurship education cannot obtain the ideal effect, and cannot provide effective help to solve the problem of students' employment. In this regard, colleges and universities should actively play the role of Ideological and political teaching, enhance students' employment and entrepreneurship through ideological and political teaching, so that students can get good development after graduation. Based on this, this paper makes a brief analysis of the impact of Ideological and political education on students' employment and entrepreneurship path.
