Research on the Coupling of College Physical Education Teaching Reform and Ideological and Political Teaching Concept

Abstract

Abstract: With the deepening of education reform, college physical education curriculum and ideological and political teaching ideas are effectively integrated to improve students' comprehensive quality. College physical education is an effective way to promote students' physical and mental health and an important part of quality education. This paper mainly discusses the coupling development of college physical education reform and ideological and political teaching concept, the use of distance teaching methods to cultivate high-quality, skilled applied talents, the full implementation of the people-oriented teaching principle, improve the efficiency of college physical education teaching.
