Investigation and Analysis of Professional Skill Training in Chinese Medicine and Countermeasures

Abstract: Study the development of Chinese medicine vocational skills training, and compare whether there are differences in training organized by industry enterprises, colleges, and health commissions. In the research process, comprehensively apply literature and network information research methods, questionnaire survey methods, group focus interview methods, individual interview methods, telephone interviews, comparative analysis methods and other research methods, analyze the similarities and differences of training organized by different units, and build a traditional Chinese medicine industry. A lifelong training system for traditional Chinese medicine vocational skills with its own characteristics, "covering all employees and uniform standards". The results showed that: in terms of training items, mainly health care conditioners, health managers, pharmaceutical preparation workers, traditional Chinese medicine processing workers, etc.; training objects are mainly middle and high school students, laid-off workers, and village doctors; the training materials used are relatively relatively perfect.
