Abstract: With the development of information technology represented by Internet, big data and artificial intelligence, hybrid teaching has become an important choice of basic education. In practice, the teaching quality evaluation is absent due to the particularity of teaching environment, the dispersion of teaching organization and the uncertainty of online and offline proportion. It is mainly reflected in the fuzzy teaching quality evaluation standard, simple evaluation process, single evaluation subject and so on. The strategies to make up for these shortcomings by using information technology are: the authority of the national top-level design standard mixed teaching quality evaluation; the implementation of the evaluation of the whole elements of teaching to improve the scientific evaluation of the mixed teaching quality; and the participation of multiple subjects to improve the accuracy of the evaluation.
