Abstract: With the rapid development of China's education, the quality of higher vocational education has been significantly improved, but there are still some problems in the employment of students, which has had a certain impact on the improvement of the effect of higher vocational education. This paper will give a brief overview of higher vocational students and employment management system innovation, emphasizing the importance of innovation related system. Secondly, it analyzes the current employment situation of higher vocational college students, and points out the shortcomings. Finally, it focuses on the improvement of employment concept, the establishment of employment management team, and the construction of relevant guidance platform, and makes in-depth research and exploration on the innovation strategy of higher vocational college students' employment management system in the new era, hoping to provide reference for relevant personnel for reference.
