Research on the Relief Strategy of College Students'"Innovation and Entrepreneurship—Professional Learning" Conflict from the Perspective of Role Pressure

Abstract: Under the background of deepening the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities, college students have developed in multiple roles, and some college students have appeared in the role conflict of "innovation and entrepreneurship-professional learning". This article analyzes the multi-role development of college students and the causes of role conflicts in "Innovation and Entrepreneurship—Professional Learning", and analyzes the adverse effects of role conflicts from the perspective of role pressure. In order to ensure the mental health of college students in the context of role conflicts, several strategies to relieve role pressure are proposed, including: colleges and universities should guide college students to dynamically correct role expectations, strengthen psychological interventions in role conflicts, and guide students to take root in their majors to carry out innovation and entrepreneurship, Appropriately increase the proportion of innovation and entrepreneurship credits in the compulsory credits.
