Innovation and Practice in Arranging Teaching Tasks Based on Teachers' Declaration of Their Teaching Abilities

Abstract: The arrangement of teaching tasks is a foundation for the normal operation of school teaching, as well as the key and difficult points in teaching management. Currently, in most schools, the teaching tasks are not arranged in a scientific, reasonable, efficient and humanized enough manner. To address this problem, this study proposes an innovation and practice in arranging teaching tasks based on teachers' declaration of their teaching abilities. In this mode, teachers will declare teaching courses according to their own teaching abilities and schools will, and based on teachers' declared teaching courses, arrange teaching tasks scientifically, rationally and efficiently, so as to ensure the teaching quality of schools effectively.
