Abstract: In the practical education of employment and entrepreneurship for college students, the construction of the teaching staff of employment and entrepreneurship guidance in higher vocational colleges should arouse the attention of the relevant departments. The construction of teaching staff is a very important link for higher vocational colleges to do a good job in educating people. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of the employment and entrepreneurship teaching staff in higher vocational colleges, and probes into the effective ways to solve these problems, so as to provide a strong guarantee for improving the vocational core quality of the students and the ability of the teaching staff.
