Abstract: With the enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, the employment situation of college graduates is grim, has attracted the attention of all walks of life. The employment of graduates is related to social stability, and it is a livelihood project in China. This paper selects independent colleges and universities as the research object, analyzes the types of employment difficulties of independent college graduates, and puts forward specific assistance measures. By improving the precise employment assistance service mechanism, it constructs the precise employment assistance work system, and implements various employment assistance work.
