Abstract: As the main position of higher education personnel training, colleges and universities need to actively explore the employment and entrepreneurship education mode under the background of "talent supply side reform". In order to effectively expand the employment and entrepreneurship channels of graduates, the primary task is to further enhance the employment and entrepreneurship ability of college students, and actively explore more favorable paths for college students' employment and entrepreneurship, so as to cultivate more excellent talents for the society, so that graduates can more smoothly move towards various posts in the society, and lay a solid foundation for future employment and entrepreneurship. In view of this, this paper first gives a brief overview of the basic concept of supply side reform and the significance of employment and entrepreneurship education for college students, and then further analyzes the problems in the employment and entrepreneurship education of colleges and universities under the background of talent supply side reform and how to promote the employment and entrepreneurship education of students under this background.
