Abstract: With the rapid development of society, the country's development in various fields of talent demand is also growing, the new era needs new talents, and the traditional talent training mode has been unable to adapt to today's rapid development of the times, the progress and development of society has also brought a certain impact. With the continuous popularization of higher education in China, the total number of college students continues to rise, the employment pressure of college students is increasing, and the employment situation is increasingly severe.
