Abstract: Suqian University, as a young local application-oriented undergraduate university, and Suqian City are full of vitality and the spirit of reform and innovation. Local colleges and universities take root in local areas, serve local areas, conform to the reality of local development, integrate into local development, especially transport high-quality applied talents for local development, and retain talents for local development, which is the inevitable requirement for local colleges and universities to rely on local collaborative development. Colleges and universities should cooperate with the government and enterprises to do a good job in innovation, entrepreneurship and employment services, so as to further enhance the ability of college students to serve local development.
