Research on the Adaptability of Higher Vocational Education Service Digital Economy Development——Based on the Theory of Environment Embedding

Abstract: It is a new mission and requirement for the innovative development of higher vocational education to adapt to the development trend of digital economy, vigorously cultivate talents with digital skills, clarify the value orientation of talents in higher vocational Education, meet the talent demand of industrial digitalization and digital industrialization, and alleviate the structural contradiction between talent supply and employment demand of digital economy. Using the theory of environment embedding, this paper analyzes the reform requirements of the development of digital economy to the training of technical and technical talents in higher vocational education, discusses how to adapt to the digital economy strategy, adapt to the new changes of industrial structure and employment structure, and strive to achieve the accurate orientation of personnel training objectives, high value expectation and good employment prospects, so as to continuously enhance the adaptability of the training of technical and technical talents in higher vocational education and the development of digital economy.
