Abstract: The development of modern information technology and education informatization has a significant impact on the field of education and teaching, and online open courses emerge as the times require. This paper analyzes the necessity of the construction of online open courses for graduate students, the current situation of the construction and use of online open courses for graduate students, and the problems existing in the construction and use of online open courses for graduate students. Finally, this paper puts forward several aspects to promote the construction of online open courses, including strengthening the application and promotion of online courses, establishing the quality evaluation system of online open courses to meet the development requirements, and promoting the construction and use of online open courses through various policy guidance.
