Practical Challenges and Promotion Path of

Abstract

Abstract: This paper analyzes the practical challenges faced by the civil engineering major,such as the imperfect connotation construction, unclear work responsibilities and insufficient leading role are analyzed. How to strengthen the operation mechanism, how to strengthen the construction of curriculum system, how to strengthen the teaching staff and how to strengthen the construction of performance appraisal mechanism, these " course ideological and political " promotion paths are discussed. It can be used as a reference for the reform and practice of integrating the ideological and political content into the courses of science and engineering in Colleges.
