Reform and Practice of Management Courses in Colleges and Universities based on Collaborative Innovation Talent Training

Abstract: Under the background of “double first-class” construction, collaborative innovation talent training mode can achieve the synergy effect of complementary advantages and resource sharing. This paper takes the talent demand as the guidance, takes the double first-class construction as the opportunity, in view of the current situation and problems of the construction of management courses in colleges and universities, integrates the concept of collaborative innovation talent training into the teaching reform of management courses in colleges and universities, and puts forward the reform ideas of management courses in colleges and universities from the construction of teaching staff, the design of curriculum system, the construction of teaching material system and the reform of assessment methods.
